Mixed Greens complimented with caramelized onions, spiced pecans, pine nuts, and warm goat cheese encrusted figs. Finished with Champagne vinaigrette and drizzled with balsamic reduction
Second Course:
Mixed Seafood Grill– Grilled Shrimp, Scallops, Tilapia and Salmon filets served over a Lemon Scented Basmati with sautéed Spinach
Crab Cakes – Rich Lump Crab lightly tossed with Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, Shallots, and fresh herbs. Served with a Orange, Lemon, Basil Aioli and a nest of flash fried Potato Strings
Pork Tenderloin- Served on Apple-smoked Bacon-Cheddar Grits and drizzled wit a Rosemary Demi-glace.
Shrimp Scampi – Shrimp sautéed with Garlic, Lemon, and Sherry Butter. Served over Fettuccini with grilled Asparagus
